I am a self taught baker and decorator. I worked as a professional cake decorator in Milwaukee for several years before deciding to start creating recipes of my own.

My bakery started out of my home in Manitowoc in 2023 and quickly grew enough for me to look into a larger space. We found our space in Vickery Village through a family member and fell in love with the community and the space! 

We have since expanded our baked goods and have become well known for our cinnamon rolls and sourdough breads and we can't wait to see what the future holds for this small business!
